Default Dimensions

I’m considering a 2720 or 2619. I have an obstruction in my garage that may be a deal-breaker. I need to know the height of the rear shell in the closed position for the 2 models mentioned. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I measured my 2001 2619 for you. It was 65 inches from the floor to the top of the back shell side. Allow a little for the domed roof.

I have the lift kit and 15" wheels.

How much the tongue jack is jacked up or down would make a difference, so don't be too precise if you use this.

What about a roof top A/C unit? Could that cause you problems with storing in your garage?

The roof-top A/C should not be an issue. Only the left rear of the TM will have to clear the obstruction. I’ll have to carefully measure the particular trailer I buy, but I think it will fit.

Throughout the years there has been difference AC heights and difference hights do to lift kits and wheel heights. Even within the same year you will find these variances.

I would check the TM web site for the specs for a good starting point. But the AC height is most likely shorter compared to older models. The rooftop height is a little higher on the current model than older models. But some people have added lift kits and taller tires on older models. I would bring a tap measure and 4 foot level if the measurements are close to you garage door height to get actual measurements.

Default 2720 height

What is the height of a 2009 2720 with a/c? Standard height without a lift kit and 14" wheels. I only have 80" of garage door height.

Bonus value -

The height of the garage door frame is not adjustable. But the height of the open door itself usually is adjustable, and it is easy to do. Take a look at post #17 in this old thread
