It is with a heavy heart that I have to sell my beloved Trail Manor 3023. This trailer has brought SO many amazing memories with my kids. I am selling as they have now reached an age when camping is not in their top choice and several of them are off to college. The 3023 is listed as the most popular model by Trail Manor and with good reason. The sleeping arrangements are amazing. My wife and I could have our own very large bed on one side, while the kids had the other two spacious sleep areas on the other side. That with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and air conditioning, made for comfortable extended stays at our favorite campgrounds. The low profile of the Trail Manor 3023 not only makes for good towing milage, it was the perfect entry camper for me. The ability to back it while watching the roof lines and corners were a luxury for tight spaces.
Using the amazing community forum for Trail Manor owners, I did a few modifications to include LED lights for most of the areas, as well as smart hooks for additional storage. Not that this camper needed additional storage. Camping next to others taught me that I had way more storage than other larger campers. The designers of this pop-up camper simply nailed it. The only draw back I will call out is the number our tours you will have to give when camping! I am including the weigh distribution hitch although I really never needed it as I only drove 4 miles from my cabin to my favorite river side spot to camp. Wheels are in great shape, it has two new batteries, and comes with many accessories like leveling blocks and wheel chucks to name a few.
I am the second owner and it was loved and treated like gold by both. The hitch is not a swing hitch so I paid for it to be kept indoors during the winter. I also use a cover for outdoor storage which will be included in the sale. The cover was purchased recently and is good but needs minor stitching in a corner.
