The dealership network seems to have gotten pretty thin. Lately, folks have had good luck by contacting Debra at MCD RV in Hyannis, Mass. The other possibility is Custom RV in (used to be in?) Ontario, CA.

And a good question is, "What parts do you need?" Many (most) TM parts are RV industry standard.

A lot of the parts for the trailmanor are generic RV industry parts, which can be ordered across the internet and at just about any rv shop.

New Trailmanor 2016 on order
Some Back ground Info>>>
I ordered a new 2720 last November of 2015 with a delivery date for May 1st 2016 so I would have time to get it ready for a four week trip this month.
(The trip is trash now!)
After three months of trying to get an idea on when I could expect delivery of the 2720 I have given up!
When someone did answer the phone at the factory they could only take my name and number and my calls were never returned. I was finally and politely told today to call my Dealer instead and not the factory. All I wanted was some kind of estimate of completion so I could decide if it was worth waiting for or just find something else.
I have decided to find something else.

Apparently they have quite a few units all but ready to go, but they can't seem to get the fender skirts that cover the wheels.

Riight. BTW the "new web site" is up but suspect whoever is responsible does not undersand HTML. "and now its killing me"
