My 2-30 should, obviously, been 2-3.

My daughter's Miata that I was referring to is a 96 0r 97. It only has an idiot light, so you really do not know how hot it is.

My brother has a similar problem. He has dad's 53 Willys CJ3B Jeep (high hood). At least he has a temperature gauge, but no smog equipment.

Neither of these are what anyone would call a modern vehicle.

I normally try to keep my cars and trucks for 20 years. So for me, at this time the border between a modern car and an old car is 1990.
