The problem with the accumulator is the air gap will still break any pressure from the accumulator. Think of it like this… The TM has water pressure from either the pump or city water through the pipes, flowing out of a faucet into a basin and down the drain, and then into the toilet. It doesn’t matter what the pressure is coming out of the faucet, it will never build pressure going down the drain.
Here’s a better picture of what I mean by air gap.

Not sure about that. Ours is what I would call a trickle, but the trickle comes out all around the bowl perimeter when hooked up to normal campground pressure connections in our area (mostly in GA). That is with a normal pressure reducer installed before the hose at the water spigot.

ours does as you describe on city water but the pump is unable to make this happen. I am in the process of placing an accumulator inline to help the on demand water heater and am hoping that it will help with this as well. We will see.

Is there a flow restrictor built into the toilet? Like in a shower head.
I'm getting full water pressure at our regular Thetford RV toilet in the TM.

I verified with Dometic Technical Resistance that it is an air gap but it also has a check valve in it. I’m going to check flow going into it this weekend and if all is good there I’ll order a replacement vacuum breaker as per Dometic.
Wayne- Who knows. I don’t see one on em the parts breakdown but stranger things have happened. what model from Dometic do you have?

Shane -
Were you able to make the step-on valve open further when you step on it? If it doesn't open quite as far as intended, it will restrict flow, and nothing else will help.

This one. I don't recommend it because you have to be Houdini to put the nuts one the mounting bolts. The opening is in the back of the toilet so there is about 6" between the toilet and the wall. You would have to have 2-joints in your forearm to get to the bolts. Even then, there are obstacles in the way. Worst design that I've ever seen. The ad says that the front panel comes off for access. Mine sure doesn't come off.

Wayne- That’s a Thetford, I’ve heard they tend to have a better flush. And I’ve heard about the contortionist install too.
Bill- I’ll see if the valve has any adjustment when I pop up the TM this weekend. But that valve has been replaced 2x (freeze proof, my rear end) with no change.
