How to wire a digital converter into the TM with a built-in Receiver TV.
1) Purchase a dual F connector wallplate:

2) Cut an opening for the wall plate into the cabinet near the existing antenna amplifier.
3) Remove the antenna amplifier from the wall and disconnect the coax cable from the TV-1 connection on the amplifier. Make sure that this is the cable going to the radio/TV tuner over the fridge and that it is long enough to reach to the new wall plate cut out.
4) Connect the cable from the tuner to the back side of one of the connectors on the new dual wall plate and label the coax cable connector on the front side of the plate as B.
5) Connect a new coax cable between the TV-1 connector on the back of the amplifier wall plate and the second coax connector on the back of the dual wall plate and label the coax connector the the front side of the plate as A.
6) Connect the Ant-In connection on the digital converter box to coax connector A on the front of the dual wall plate using a coax cable long enough to let you set the converter box on the top of the refrigerator.
7) Connect the TV-Out connection on the converter box to connector B on the front of the dual wall plate with a second coax cable.
8) Make sure the antenna amplifier switch is on (green light is on), turn the converter box and the tuner on and follow the converter box instructions to complete the set up.
9) If all goes well then install the plates in the wall and enjoy.
The antenna works for both analog and digital signals so no upgrade or modification is necessary. However there are several upgrades out there that claim to get better reception.
