We have friends who live on Sebastian Inlet, north of Vero Beach, Florida. The second picture sure looks like their area.

Not Sebastian Inlet. Could be a number of places along the coast...I'll go with somewhere along the eastern seaboard south of NC ☺️

Heck from the palms, I'd say south of JAX. Thought SI but campsites are not that close to large buildings. Does appear to be either the inland waterway or the St. Johns but are a lot on the west coast I do not know. Are a few around Tampa that could look like that.
