Default Thread for Elkmont Owners?

This week we traded in our 3124 for one of the new Elkmont upright trailers.
The main reason we traded was to accommodate our two pampered canine family members who had no place to go if we wanted to make a stop on the road for dinner or a shopping trip. We are happy with the camper, which is actually lighter than our 3124 and we pull with a 2008 Toyota Highlander. As an enthusiastic Trailmanor owner, I have been an avid reader of the forum. Would you consider starting a thread for Elkmont owners?

I'll put up a section for the Elkmont and we'll see how it takes off.
Thanks
Ct..

Thanks, Chris. This section will be of interest not only to Elkmont owners, but several of us will be watching to see how this new product performs and how well liked it becomes. Makes some sense for those of us getting a little older...

Where is the section? I don't see it any where in the opening section of this site.
Am I missing some thing here?

It is not up yet. Once it is, we are going to have to be careful to devote it to things that are specifically Elkmont-related. For example, if you have an Elkmont and you have a question related to tires, this should be discussed in the Tires forum, not the Elkmont forum. Otherwise we'll find ourselves with split discussions and split topics that are difficult to follow - and even more difficult to search and review.

Default RV Business Article about the Elkmont

I just read that the Elkmont went over well at the Tampa RV show. From the article, the dealer sold at least 4 of the Elkmont trailers. Glad to hear that it is taking off. Also, the article said that future floorplans and different lengths would be also built in the near future.

This is completed. There is an Elkmont Category and a General Discussion underneath it. Enjoy!

Welcome. Good way to start is to post some pictures of your Elkmont. Also, tell us what you got with it, what the last owner may have added, and what you are thinking of doing. There are some very savvy owners on this forum who you will quickly get to know (I am not one of them, I listen to them...).
