I have, in fact I have one in the Cabin A and moved the Queen to the Old Gal after I sold the Bantam. And a queen in my bed at home (dual control).
Buy them end of season for a better price, but they are great, turn 'em on low, pull the covers up.
Go out to the campfire, dinner, whatever, when it is bed time I climb into a nice warm bed,
We are not sleeping bag people, we use sheets and comforters. Hubby does not like it so he has a memory foam (which holds body heat) a comforter and a sleeping bag that is unzipped, for extra warmth.
If possible find one that has more elements towards the feet, the last one I bought is not like that and my feet get colder.
