Check this out... A couple neat little gadget scales to measure tongue weight, but pay close attention to how to measure tongue weight at home with a bathroom scale.

The bathroom scale method is good - but be sure to wedge the pipes in place so they cannot roll ! I'm surprised the article didn't say this.

I'm pretty sure the math is wrong regarding how you weigh with a lever and a scale. The tongue is the fulcrum. If there are 3 feet between the tongue and the scale, and one foot between the tongue and the supporting pipe, the scale is bearing 1/4 of the weight and the supporting pipe is bearing 3/4. So you still multiply by 4, but that changes if you move the fulcrum along the lever.

Tongue weight
While the following website might not be the absolute authority on TM specs,
I found the following >
https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2010-...n-3023-tr34475
Dry Weight = 2,915 lbs.
Payload Capacity = 1,923 lbs.
Hitch Weight = 409 lbs.
Hope this helps.

That dry weight is without options as it would leave the factory. Since the dealer adds the batteries and propane tanks. I would think no AC, propane tanks, battries, awanin, the hang up cabinets.

Sure, and the dry weight plus cargo carrying capacity (which would include everything you mentioned) equals the trailer’s gross weight rating, which is 4,838lbs.

Given three points: A is the pipe on the scale, B is the trailer tongue, C is the pipe on the brick, we have length AB, length BC, and length AC. The weight on the scale is BC/AC of the total weight.
