Joel- Awesome. Do you have pics of how you mated the hinge to the slide? Or are they already here and I missed them?

I didn't take any pics unfortunately during the job. One side of the slide (skinny moving part that come apart) gets riveted to the hinge. I just drilled out the factory rivets. Transfered those hole to to moving skinny part of the side. I installed new rivets and or drilled a few new 1/8" holes and new rivets where needed. Shortest rivets as possible to still let the slide function.

First trip out.

I seemed to have fixed the cause of that nasty scratch completely. There are no marks on the new paint now after opening and closing the TM a few times. It towed very well at 70 mph.

Successful first 3 day trip out with the wife and 2 kids we just got back.

The new toilet worked great. I do need that rv toilet paper though. I think i need a 2" mattress topper for my wife's back as she did not sleep well the last night. Something i can toss on the floor to close up.

There was a ton of condensation inside with the 4 of us this morning, so i need to remember to crack a few windows next time at night.

Everything worked perfectly. Very happy camper here.

I feel like a bad *** opening and closing this thing by myself at the campsite. Such a brilliant design! I had several people come ask about it, once we got setup.

Planning our next trip now.
