Default Exterior Bracket (?)

I have attached an image of the remaining bracket (?) I have on the top shell of my 2013 2720 trailmanor.

Somewhere between Texas and Colorado it sheered off and I would like to replace it if possible before I leave for Pittsburgh at the beginning of August.

If anyone has a lead on what this part is actually called or where I could get one that would be amazing.

According to the Trail Manor parts catalog, it is part number 21028, Upper Hold Down. In your photo, you can see that it is attached with a strap through the middle of it, with bolts through the strap and upward into the shell. In earlier days, the strap was quite short, and had 2 bolts through it. In later days, the strap was lengthened and attached with 4 bolts. If you have only 2 bolts, you need to add two more.

The screws are available at any hardware store. You may want to run a new screw in each of the holes and then take them back out again. If you see dark brown or black residue on the screws, you probably have a wood rot problem.

If you install a new bracket and screws, it will likely pull out again IF you have wood rot going on. It would be best to replace any/all rotted wood before installing the new bracket.

If you find that the lower frame rail on your 2013 is aluminun......... ignore this post....
