Howdy from VA!
Howdy folks, first time TM owner here. Picked up a 2004 3124KS for a cool $500 (that is not a typo!!). Local friend's father had it and he didn't want to pay the storage fee at his local yard anymore. It needs some TLC (I'll be posting a before/during/after in one of the other forums); but it all works...the main stuff anyway (all water, electrical, and propane)...this site has been a wealth of knowledge and its been amazing. Just a teaser pic to see how dirty it is

Welcome to the forum and the Trailmanor. Yers maybe dirty, but they're washable.

Welcome, I have a 2014 2024 and just got done power washing it and it cleaned up nicely. I'm going to re-caulk the seams (preventatively I hope), get all the systems up in preparation for a busy 3 seasons. I'm just west of you in. . . West Virginia.

Welcome aboard! We're glad to have you here, Bob. Be real careful of power-washing a TM. It's easy to force water into places it shouldn't go. A bucket of warm soapy water, a sponge, a handful of Mr Clean Magic Erasers, and a free-flowing rinse hose, will work wonders.

Thank you. Yes, this was the first serious cleaning in a few years and was particularly on the roof prior to prepare for sealing. I'm getting used to getting my road home set up and down, and getting everything to work. One thing I noticed that the pressure washer is bad for is removing the decals. I will be waxing with the same stuff they use on aircraft. I hope it works!
