Default Looking for plastic track under bed slide.

Anybody know where to get the plastic strips that guide the bed-slide rollers on a 2720?

If you are willing to replace the plastic slides with aluminum, start here.

If you really want plastic, we have had a lot of discussion. Do a Search on something like "bed slides" to uncover it.

I ordered the 4ft UHMW plastic strips here and they worked perfectly and are holding up well.

Hi Diamond_D, thanks for the link showing 8702K19, any other notable steps aside from cutting and drilling these to fit? Did you replace all 8 pieces and reuse the hardware? I see Grainger has something similar so interested in your thoughts . Thanks

Be careful with the aluminum track. If you have an older TM (or if you’re worried you’d get stuck in the fire escape window like Winnie the Pooh) where the fire escape is to lift the bed and crawl out, that track is supposed to give way to pop the bed off the slider. Aluminum might not give way as easily.

Thanks Shane826, I did see the other thread on the fire escape and went with Grainger (some type of 1/8 thick plastic), waiting for order now.

You can order them from the factory. I did and they worked great.
