Fs: 2006 3124 kb - $11,500 o.b.o.
We are selling our 2006 Trailmanor 3124 KB after purchasing a full-size travel trailer and a larger tow vehicle. This trailer is in great condition and is newly remodeled.
We will be including a Florida room which attaches to the Fiama awning and cleats on the camper, 2 6v Golf cart batteries (connected in series) as well as our Husky (Harbor Freight) WDH.
Work completed on camper:
replaced the power center with a 55amp PowerMax unit, added propane cover and a power tongue jack. Replaced steel wheels with aluminum alloy ones (including spare). Bag seals were serviced by Custom RV. We've replaced the velcro flap strips with the disc-style (interior flaps). I've also re-terminated the shore power cord to the style with the handle.
Remodel work: My wife repainted the walls and ceilings, and replaced the flooring (wood plank linoleum throughout). She also resurfaced the cabinets, countertops, and the table. The mattresses and couches were re-upholstered. She added chalkboard paint to the fridge door and made new curtains/curtain ties. She really did a great job (much better than I could have done). The camper looks fresh and modern and is ready to be the base station for new memories.
We are in the Phoenix metro area (Arizona).

there is a limit of 15 images (probably for good reason), but we have 24 to post, hence the second message.

What’s the story with the Velcro/disc flaps?

TM started using the discs instead of the strips some years ago. I like mine. They are easy to latch and unlatch, and with the screw through the center, they don't peel off the wall.

--- sold ---
The Trailmanor went to a great young family whom will hopefully have many happy years making memories in it.
