I can be patient, but waiting since last Spring to finally succeed in getting a reply was a bit much. lol! I had heard there were changes so I waited til this season.
Regarding waiting on parts. I tried to order 2 seals for my camper. It was over a month now. They did reply that they are moving and are short on help.
I really like my TrailManor but not having help and waiting on parts have me losing confidence on support.
Having worked for a temp agency, I can tell you it is getting harder and harder to get good people to work.
