Here are some pictures of our remodeled 2004 Trailmanor 2619. We bought it a year ago and completely renovated and remodeled it, making it custom to our liking.
So much has been done to this thing, including new brakes, tires, paint (interior and exterior), wood countertops, kitchen tile backsplash, shiplap walls, leather dinette cushions, new floors, custom shelving, custom chandelier, and lately a new "basement" hatch door to access the storage under the dinette seat.
Any questions, ask away!
Getting ready for the camping season, and booked several camping trips this spring / summer. We are so ready to take this thing back out!
Update: we traded in our 2015 Toyota 4Runner 4WD for a 2018 Yukon XL with tow package and we are ready now! As the driver, I’m really happy about this little upgrade.
OhioMike, I am not the thread author whom you asked - but I own an older 4Runner (2007 'sport') with only a V6 engine. I tow my own 2619 easily, even on very steep grades. You just need to downshift by hand in many situations, because the '4R' auto tranny prefers to stay in higher gears when you should prefer a lower gear.Just curious - did the 4Runner 4WD have difficulty towing your Trailmanor trailer?
