Our TM3124KS is nicely outfitted with a Fiamma awning, two inch receiver for rear rack/bike rack, newer Kenwood Stereo CD player, newer HD TV Antenna, Magma kettle grill, two reclining lounge chairs, over range and over sink cabinets, silverware drawer, new (2017) firm memory foam mattress and memory foam mattress topper, air conditioner, power tongue jack, and weight distributing hitch; but does not have the swing tongue. It is in good condition and all systems are functioning properly with the exception of the kitchen sink sprayer which needs replacement. It shows some exterior rub marks on the sides, and some plastic parts are becoming brittle and discolored with age. The roof vents have a history of leaking, but we’ve re-caulked them and the roof seam. It's been stored indoors for the last seven years and only used twice in the last six. We have thoroughly enjoyed our TrailManor and are sad to see it go but our destinations and traveling style are changing in our retirement years.
