This is a second owner unit. We purchased in 8/2021.Overall the TM is in good condition, we're simply outgrowing it. We purchased a new camper this summer so I'm looking to sell. Camper has (2) 100 watt solar panels (200 watts total with 40amp solar charge controller), upgraded newer 10 ply tires (purchased in 2022), has an outdoor shower, power front jack, two 6 volt AGM batteries, and awning outside. Inside is a king bed, a double bed, fold down table (turns to bed), 2 burner stove, cassette toilet, 20 gal fresh, 30 gal gray, 3 way fridge, sink with new spigot and a wet bathroom with shower. Has forced hot air heat from AC/Heater unit on roof and from propane furnace. The unit is very light (gross weight 3,999lbs) and extremely easy to tow, even with an SUV. Perfect for a couple or small family. We started towing this with a Honda Piolet and my boys both slept together in the double bed.
This unit really doesn't have a lot of issues. The main issue is the AC stopped working (heat still works) it needs a recharge and/or replacement. When installing one of the solar panels the screws used were a hair too long and a few poked through the inside (no does not leak). The bracket to the furnace cover fell off, but the cover is still held on with the locking mechanism and it works fine.
I also have a new inverter generator that I can include for an additional cost if interested (only purchased and used for 3 days of camping, yes I forgot our other one, no the wife was not happy). I'm located in Middleboro, Massachusetts.
