Default 2013 3124KB for sale, NE Florida - $12,000

OK, I will try this again. It has been for sale since July and I have only had one family look at it. They had never seen a Trailmanor in person. The wife liked it; the very tall husband clearly did not. I have lowered the price an additional 3K.
Contact Andy Harrold if interested. I am located just north of the Jacksonville International Airport

I can provide additional pictures and a high resolution walk around video if desired.

I am the 2nd owner. I bought it from a dealer in PA (it was a trade-in) in Jan. of 2020. It is clean and in perfect mechanical shape. It does have a few minor cosmetic flaws, which I will describe later in the post. This camper has many modifications and improvements. Most are standard, but some are almost certainly unique. Lessons learned from a 60 day road trip out west, which included some boondocking, motivated me to make some of the modifications. If you have any experience with a Trailmanor, you should greatly appreciate them. After listing the factory options and modifications, I will relate some other general info. I am it selling because we decided to move in a different direction - we bought a half ton towable toy hauler.

Factory options:
- Atwood 3 burner gas stove/oven
- Suburban gas/electric 6 gal. water heater
- Suburban gas furnace
- Dometic Penguin II 13.5K BTU low profile A/C with heat strip (replaced 1/2020)
- Fiamma 12' F45S awning
- 5200 lb Dexter torsion axle
- King Jack HDTV antenna
- 40 gallon fresh water tank
- 40 gallon grey water tank
- two wall cabinets
- wardrobe
- extra kitchen cabinet drawer
- 100 watt solar panel with 30 amp Samlex controller
- 2 - 20lb propane tanks
- outside shower

Does not have a swing tongue.

"Standard" modifications:
- installed factory slide receiver hitch
- installed 4" lift kit
- installed fresh water fill port on bottom of camper
- removed recirculating toilet and installed Thetford cassette toilet
- installed LevelMatePro trailer leveling system
- installed water filter, pressure gauge, and pressure tank for fresh water tank
- replaced both bed mattresses with new natural latex. there are mattress covers on both.
- installed propane quick connect
- installed dehumidifier (pre-emptive move because we live in humid Florida)
- added additional length of hose to outside shower
- replaced plastic bed slide track on king bed with aluminum flat bar

Unique modifications:
- installed 120v exterior plug to separately power a Hott Rod water heater element. This allows you to turn the element on and off from the interior of the camper. This also keeps the load off of the 30 amp plug.
- doubled the refrigrator space. removed the 3cf Dometic 3 way refrigerator and replaced with a Maxximum 5.2cf under counter electric fridge and a Whytner 1.1cf freezer (sits on counter). When the shore power is disconnected, power is supplied through a 15 amp Xantrex automatic transfer switch and a Wagan Pureline 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter. I sealed off all exterior refrigerator vents. This setup is far superior to the factory refrigerator.
- additional power supply details: inverter, fuse, and battery monitor are installed under the couch next to the fresh water tank. 2awg wire is run from the battery on trailer tongue to the Pureline inverter and from there to the camper inverter. A battery monitor/usage gauge and a remote switch for the inverter is mounted on the side of the counter. The 12v battery is a brand new 75 mAh deep cycle marine battery. I installed a battery switch on the top of the battery box and another one at the camper inverter.
- I installed controls and a wall thermostat for the A/C. The control box attaches to the bottom of the A/C unit with 2 thumb screws and the t-stat attaches to the wall with velcro. Both must be removed before folding up the camper. It only takes a few minutes and is well worth the additional steps required. The A/C fans in Trailmanors run continuously when they are on and are extremely loud. The wall thermostat allows the fan to shut off when the compressor is not running just like a home A/C. The wall thermostat also controls the heat strips, but you could rewire it to power the gas furnace.
- I removed the factory t-stat for the gas furnace and installed a Inkbird digital t-stat. The temp. sensor wire can be pulled out and placed at a different height than the controller if desired.

Other info:
- the tires are brand new Carlisle Radialtrail HD load range E
- good Maxxis spare
- I am including the following equipment: Anderson leveling system, 4 Anderson EZ Jack Blocks, 2 wheel chocks, a tongue jack block, stabilizer jack handle, awning tiedown equipment, additional step for ground due to 4" lift kit height, cover for when camper is closed, blackout covers for all roof vents and door window, Reflectix to go behind all window curtains. You can make it almost pitch black in the daytime and really helps the A/C when it is 108 degrees in Utah.
- I replaced the factory installed speakers with some JVC 2 way, but the refrigerator modification required me to remove the radio. I suggest installing a bluetooth amplifier in the space behind the fridge.
- the seals are in very good shape. I did damage a few inches of it by getting too close with a pressure washer, but I repaired it with rubber roof tape.
- one propane tank is full, one is nearly empty.
- the top of the hitch ball is approximately 26"
- I have the original owner's manual and all equipment documents
- all upholstery and factory mattress covers are in excellent shape. we kept fitted bed sheets on both couches and covers and sheets on the mattresses.
- cosmetic flaws: a small piece of laminate is missing on the front edge of the counter in front of the sink, there are a few scratches on the large cabinet that goes over the sink (from falling over while traveling), there are stains and some pine gum spots on top of the rear roof shell, and there are a few stains and minor dings on the camper exterior walls.
- with some additional battery capacity, this camper is ready to boondock
