I think you are right. The chrome hub has to be removed to get to the bearing housing. I just bought the TM so I do not know if there is a zerk fitting inside or not. We are taking a short 50 mile trip to a local camp site to shake down the TM so it should not be an issue. I just want to make sure before we go on a longer trip that the wheels are properly serviced.

I do like the idea to put the rubber bearing buddy cap over the hub, just as added protection in case the little rubber cover leaks or comes off.

Padgett thanks for the heads up where to get the rubber plug. I have one that is looking soft and have been meaning to find some. So you saved me the hunt. I never would have thought about amazon. There a 4 pack for $5 on amazon that I think I will get. They have same numbers on them as the 5 pack. It will be good to replace the one and have spares.

I have those same rims on my 2010 2720. I'm not certain if mine are five or six lug, but they are the same rims.

I know on 2720 2009.5 and later they were 6 bolt lugs. Not sure on the prior years, but my 03 is 5. I was going to buy a set from someone that has a 09.5 and at the last minute he asked if I had 6 lugs.
