I was at the local Chevy dealer yesterday. They had a new Camaro ZL1 in the service bay getting "dealer preped". It's the supercharged high-buck hot rod 580hp version. The battery is factory located to the spare tire well in the trunk. The tires are run-flat types and next to the battery is a built in air compressor.

Not that your going to haul your TM with a ZL1 Camaro. But it will haul something else quite proficiently. :-)

Sounds like it will not haul luggage very well.

Have a Chev Cruze Eco. No spare, but gets 40 mpgUS. And we only use it for local trips so far. The truck + Elkmont are for long distance, remote travel.

Default Sounds like we have concensus

Bobb y -

Thanks for making us aware of this situation. I'm not sure that your intention was to collect our thoughts, running a poll of sorts. But it sounds like you got a pretty sturdy concensus anyway.

Again, thanks for the warning - and personally, I view it that way.
