The right answer is read the goodyear tire chart below and calculate what your PSI should be. You should inflate them to the right PSI per the load that you will be carrying on each tire. Don't forget to reduce your tongue weight.

Goodyear a few years ago had a service bulletin stating that if you were going to travel faster then 65 MPH to add 10 PSI to the inflation chart. That is what I have done with my tires because at time to time im over 65
MPH.

If the load is per tire, should we divide the load by the number of tires on the Trailmanor? For example, if my TM weighs 3500 lbs, and it has 4 tires, wouldn't the load be 875 lbs/tire?

The best way, is to get the weight on each tire is with a scale. You will not find the weight on all 4 tires the same because of the balance and load. Since most people, including myself never get the weight of each tire. I'm sure a TM the street side is much heavier with the fridge, kitchen sink, bathroom, water on the street side.

If you don't know the weight on each tire. I think it is recommended to use: Load less tongue weight, divided by numbers of tires, times somewhere between 1.15 and 1.25to to adjust for the load and balance and to have a safety factor. I use 130.0%

See the GY ST tire inflation chart on attached chart. I would be north of the recommended number. I run my 225/15's at 65 psi.

Didn’t the 3326 come with 13” tires? Did you have to install a lift for the 14” ?

Depends on the year. My 2007 3326 has 14” wheels. Later ones might’ve had 15” wheels. You might really be overthinking this upgrade. What size are your 13” tires?

I have a 3225 tandem with 175/80/R13 the year is 2000. I was looking at a old brochure that shows 13” tires on a 3326 and I didn’t stop to think that different years might have different size tires.

I have read these posts with interest. We have a 2021 3124 and had the tires inflated to 80PSI as suggested by the tire pressure decal. We noticed that after a drive from Florida to Virginia we had black rubber debris inside the camper. I found that the wheel well was so tight that the tire actually touched the well material. After reading the posts we dropped the pressure to 60PSI and still had the debris inside the camper. The only conclusion I can come up with is that the wheels and tires are too big for the camper. Any thoughts?

What size tires? I think TM has used 225/75/15 for a bunch of years now, and load range D. 80psi would indicate load range E, which is overkill for that trailer. I’ve never heard of one saying 80psi on the label.

If you have that size tire, I have heard of the axle arm bolt working loose and the arm pivoting on the axle torsion rods, which would cause the tire to rub on the top of the wheel well. But this is usually pretty obvious because the camper is sitting crooked, unless it happened on both sides.

You (and everyone) need to be aware that any tire-related guidance that you get with your TM, whether a sticker, a decal, a manual, or anything else, applies only to the tires that were on the TM when it left the factory. If you change the tires, then you have to go with the specs that are on the sidewall of tire. Usually it will be phrased something like "Max load xxx pounds at max pressure xxx psi cold." Do not exceed either of these numbers.

And yes, if you inflate the tires to max pressure cold, and then drive a few miles, the pressure will rise as the tire warms up. That is OK - it was included in the design of the tire. The worst thing you can do is deflate a warm tire back to the sidewall value. When you park at the end of the day the tire cools, the pressure will drop, and then you will start the next day with under-inflated tires. And under-inflation kills tires.

I'm not aware that any TM ever left the factory with Load Range E tires, but Shane will know better than I. Perhaps it was an option at one point?

Only thing I can think is being a 2021 model maybe they used whatever they could get their hands on. Like I said, that tire is overkill for a TM.

I’m still curious what tires are on this TM vs what’s on the load & tire label.
