Just a thought. If you can't find a jack wheel with a smaller receptacle, perhaps you could cut a piece of copper or steel pipe of proper diameter to serve as a sleeve over the jack stem, inside a 2-inch wheel attachment receptacle.

Thanks for all your help. After I opened up the TM, I found that the previous had a front jack wheel attachment that he left in one of the compartments.
