Fastening top half of door to bottom half

Bill, I just looked for mine and I can't find it. I can't remember if the factory kept it, or I let it go when I sold the TM. If it happens to turn up somewhere in the mess I got in the basement, I will let you know.

I remember in a long ago post where somebody fabricated a longer one, so that they could it to the side during transit to keep the door shut.

Bill, just in case no one has come up with a spare catch, here is the thread where Harry Womack made a new & longer one from stock nylon for his door.....post # 12 & 15.

I used his method for additional securing of the upper door while traveling with the stock catch.
