I just replaced left rear. Took about 1 hour 1/2 and 5/8 of tube of caulk. I use a thin bladed and plastic putty knife and denatured alcohol. Got as much off with the knifes and than rubbed the rest off with the denatured alcohol.

I used GE 220, naturally curing caulk. It took about 3-4 full days to fully dry.

Larry - Thanks for the heads up. No, it does not appear the sidewall and front wall have separated. I took the crown molding off on the inside corner, and the metal molding frame is tight. I took the screws out of this metal molding frame, and it appears to also be secured with an adhesive. But the corner is tight, the two walls appear to be tightly together. There have been no leaks here, or anywhere else in the TM. So we are agreeing, probably the PO snagged this outside corner molding and pulled it away from the corner. We may at some point back these 4 screws out and get some sealant in the threads. Again, thanks for the idea.

I lost the right side trim on my 2011 TrailManor 3124 KS and can't find where I can replace it. Is there a web site that I can order both sides and resolve my problem ?

"Yes we do have it in stock ,,, order by calling 6059999605"

I received the above reply a couple months ago when I emailed the TM factory about the same piece. Right rear corner trim piece (white).

I haven't gotten around to following up however. Not sure the price as of yet.

I was inquiring about my 2003 3023, so I am also not sure if the same piece fits every year and model.
