I also recommend checking your mirrors frequently. If at some point you don't see a TrailManor following you, you should probably stop and investigate.

Fuse box?

So half the lights in the TM don't work. Everything on the right side works. Everything on the left side doesn't.any ideas what I should check?

By right side I mean as you walk in the door.
Or the front portion of the Pop-up

That happens to me if I do not setup the bathroom. Doing that depresses a switch that allows those lights to be turned on in my TM.

Bathroom walls were down. Doh!
All lights work now.

Next:

Fridge door latch. It's missing. What does it look like and where do I get it from?

Washing curtains/mattress covers.

Door latch that thise metal rods go into (metallic piece). One is broken. What are those called and where do I get a pair?

Also. Any substitution ideas for those lamps ar the end by the bed? Not a lamp shade kind of family.

Thank you all by the way. My apologies for just asking questions. Just trying to get this thing ready for our first trip (close one nighter. )

Reverse lights. Are they supposed to work on the TM? Mine don't come on When I ut my tow vehicle in reverse.

Also. Is there a way to have the fridge on when towing?

If I missed it, I apologize. You mentioned not having a battery, and issues with the emergency breakaway cable. If you haven't added a battery and tested the emergency brake system, I wouldn't go anywhere. It's illegal to tow a trailer with electric brakes without a working emergency system. You also expose yourself to great liability if you have an accident and the trailer is found to have a non working system.

The fridge will work on 12v mode. My practice is to chill the fridge down the night before departing on the camping trip, either on propane or by plugging in the power cord to my home and using electric. Either way is fine. Then, switch the fridge to 12v, plug in the TV to the TM with the 7 way trailer plug and the fridge will continue to operate. Only issue is if you stop for an extended period of time for lunch, fuel, whatever... the fridge will draw down your TV battery and you may end up with a dead battery on the TV. (Maybe 2 or more hours) When I stop like that , I unplug the TV from the TM. Some here have placed a battery disconnect switch. Some have suggested you can run the fridge on propane while towing... thats not considered safe in my opinion. Open pilot light with propane?

I don't believe the backup lights work on my set up. May have to check the 7 way plug with a test light when in reverse gear, while parked with the emergency brake on, for that circuit? 2 person procedure.

Just checked my backup lights & shows contiuity from the center bargman contact to ground so something is there. I run the backup camera off the running lights so can see what is behind when driving.
