Now I understand what your saying makes sence as long as everyone remembers to place the curtain coreectly but my kid is 14 yrs old & my wife is Blond need I say more LOL ROFL LOL. It will be easier to do that after the shower mod I would say due to the extra room gained in the shower.

I was at Ace today both on line and in the store. I printed out the information on the vinyl and track and went to the store to see if they had it in stock. They had neither of these products on hand but were willing to order it for me....at a higher price then stated on line. On line at Ace it says if you place your order on line shipping is free. The info on the track states that it can hold up to 6 mil vinyl. I may go back on line and order the products and then have them delivered to Ace.
We had no problem with our heavy clear vinyl attached at the top of the walls but I want lighter weight vinyl and I want the strip so that I can attach it also the the inside of the exterior wall. I do not like the plastic Ace has in the store it is not clear vinyl.

Forum member "Ferdoh" did the framing strip/channel method described here (with linked pictures): http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ead.php?t=7812

Dave that is what I went looking for at Ace...at my local store it is not in stock. I think the price is 10.49 for a pack of 10 strips. I might order them ...If I don't use that...then I will probably use a velcro plastic disk that Trailmanors Mfg sent to me earlier.
Hey have you guys seen this tape?? It is called UGLU...I bought a small sample pkg for .99 at Walgreens. I am just waiting for the clear rubble bumper to pop off again and I plan to re-glue it with this. This glue come in rolls and family packs....and might be useful in the TM.

I forgot to tell you...this product was created for building RVS. http://www.ugluit.com/index.php?id=31

Dave why didn't you go with the track? Just curious
Maybe I need to revisit the track idea if it will hold a heavier plastic.

Our local Ace didn't have it, either, but could order it and have it at the store within a few days. I think it's a good option, actually. I just thought I'd give velcro a shot first.

Someone had given us the world map shower curtain, which I wanted to put to use in the TM, and I wasn't sure it would fit in the Ace Hardware track since it is kinda thick. Since I couldn't find the track at a store, I decided to try the velcro first, knowing that we don't camp in super hot weather usually. But again, it has help up to 90 degrees in storage.
The plastic you mount doesn't have to be heavy. It's not going to be manhandled at all.

The track that Ace sells on line will hold up to 6 mil vinyl. The vinyl "Ferdoh" used is clear...the Ace local stores only carry the plastic...which is black or opaque. I prefer the clear.
I also plan to look at the Hobby lobby store. I may decide to purchase 2 and 3/4 yards of clear vinyl from them at 40 per cent off.

I called my local Ace & they showed two instock but couldn't find them so ordered me one at no extra charge. I guess one should be enough if I use this method either way worth the $11.00 or so to see if it will.
