Terryl,
Yep I have added outdoor speakers, and love them. We are very conscious of those around us and never listen past quite hours and keep the volume very low. Search for the post named 'adding additional speakers' at the following link and you can read about the mod.

I added black Dual outdoor speakers that I purchased from Amazon for under $30 if I remember correctly? I think the speaker wire (sprinkler wire) cost just about as much. Wired them to the 'rear channel' of the stereo, so I just fade to listen outdoors. Works pretty slick. Speakers are on their third season of USFS & Rocky Mnt driving, and still working (cheap = disposable, if they should need replaced). Mounted on frame under front side (near spare and back of grey tank).
Hope this helps, but go for it, as this is a pretty easy mod.

Made the same mod, listed in the same thread. Couldn't be happier with the set up.

Well I finally built our flat screen TV mount for over the bathroom wall and we love it. Movie night with the kids was great and actually hooked-up the antenna and picked up four digital stations over our antenna without any after-market mods. DW loves that the paper towels are out of the way and that the shelf keeps the sink area free and clear of clutter. I've attached two pics to spawn additional ideas!
