Default Norcold not working on shore power

Checking out my "new"2005 2619 and finding the fridge is not working on ac power. Seems to work fine on propane. Any suggestions?

Did you find your problem? I had the same thing happen last week and discovered that the neutral wire from the refrigerator outlet was not connected to the neutral buss bar. The screw had loosened and fell out. After testing the outlet with my handy dandy tester, (thank you Bill), it displayed open neutral. After unplugging the TM I tightened all of the neutral wire screws, the screws on the breakers, and all of the ground wire screws. A few were loose. I hope that this helps.
