I cannot remember the package, but the outside of the unit is gray with darker decals. Has the power room in the front with 2 TV tables & leaf to make more room. The front bed is “full” in size & can sleep one. The main bed in rear is manually extended & is queen in size. The bathroom has a cassette toilet, to where you pull the cassette out & you take it to flush down a toilet or with an extension, you can dump down sewers or septic tanks. The one-stall shower is great for those “military” showers. I have installed two hooks, like on the main walls, if your mate has a special cabinet for hair dryers, etc. The unit has the 3-burner gas cooktop & oven, also a large kitchen sink as well. You have 2 cabinets that hang up on the walls when set-up. The only other additional things added to unit are the solar panel to charge the 2 6-volt Batteries under the sofa & a dual TV/Satellite antenna that was installed when the unit was new. There are storage areas under the sofa & bed as well. Also, there are cabinets on the passenger side of unit for storage.

Purchase price is $18,000, which is slightly below book. This is also a “Short Sale”, so the bank will have to approve the transaction before money changes hands. The unit is located in Amherst, VA, which is close to Lynchburg, VA. Will negotiate travel if needed.
