Wall bolt

I have a 2000 2720SL and the bolt that goes through the street side wall of the rear of the trailer. It is on the upper outside wall. Has anyone had to replace this bolt? Is there some bracket inside the wall the bolt needs to go through? What is the procedure to install this bolt?

I assume that the bolt in question is one of the ones that fasten the top shell to the support arms. The following thread will provide all the information that you need:
