Default Brane Ded Norcold - Any Cure ?

And now that I have enough power to support the fridge, I find that I have a brane ded Norcold. My Norcold N300R has no 12vdc element. It is propane and 110VAC only.

Started wondering when purchased as there was no battery symbol on the knob but could turn to that position. Tonight I tried to check the power drain from the battery now that the sun is down and would not be interfered with by solar.

Checked the back of the fridge and nothing connected to 12v. Checked label an N300R and when looked up it is a 2 way and not 3 way. I didn't know that TM used a 2-way fridge.

Suppose I could run on inverter but that would be silly. Propane works well so will use that.

Anyone know of an accessory kit to change a 2 way to a 3 way ? All the basic pieces seem to be there and are dotted lines on the schematiic. TM wiring is even in place.

I would assume since it is an 06 TM that the PO replaced the fridge and cut the cost.

For what it's worth. I had two campers that were only propane/120V and ran them both on propane when traveling. I also run my TM on propane when the next CS is dry and running it on propane has been working well.

I don't think I would run it off and inverter? But that's just me?

But if all you are doing is short trips of 4 or lees hours. I might not even run the fridge? Pre-cool night before and freeze the meat. Our fridge in warn/hot weather might rise in temp by 4 degrees when we travel 4 hours without running the fridge.
