Best bed sheets size for 2619 TM
I just bought a 2619 TM and I been looking for the correct size for the 48" X 78" double size bed. I just dont find any sheets for those measurement. Can some one please advice me what size or bed name should I buy to get the best possible fit for my 2619 bed size?
Thanks

The 48 x 78 bed is an odd size - one of the very few things Texas_Camper used to complain about. A standard double bed is 54 x 75 (sheets may be too short), and a standard queen is 60 x 80 (sheets are too wide). You will probably have to use Queen-size flat sheets (not fitted sheets), and perhaps sew them to a smaller width to avoid having the top sheet hang out too far.

I bought a fitted full-sized sheet for the front bed & it fits OK. Maybe a knitted sheet (jersey?) would give you some more flexibility and stretchiness. Our mattress fits so snugly in there that any overlap could be tucked in easily.

TravaSaks are the best investment we use them & also have extra sheets. Making the bed is so simple with TravaSaks.

Thanks guys for all the info. I was reading about the Travask, is that is a $ 325 price item? there have to be a more affordable option. I will continue with my search for a good fit (& $$) choice. I will post once I find the best option for the 48" X 78" size.

For those that may be new to the Travasak, it is essentially a pair of sleeping bags zipped together with a double length flat sheet velcroed inside.
I wash the sheets after each outing. The bags get washed once a year. I need to take them to a coin operated laundry with a large washer and dryer.
Trying to make a bed with regular sheets and blankets when you can not walk around it does not work very well.
Using a normal pair of sleeping bags requires that you wash the entire pair of bags. The Travasak just works better for the extended beds.

Ok. Conclusion: I went to Ross and bought for $ 25.99 a nice Full size bed set (54" X 75") and fit very good. Thanks again to all that responded with some advice.
