Screw driver size/ tire size

Is there a special size for the square screwdriver needed to remove the tires?

Does a 3124 come with 14" tires? If yes, can it take 15" tires?

Our driver says "#2 Robertson".

This thread also discusses the experiment currently being run by about a dozen of the members (including me), with the leadership and generous support of our tire guy, WMTire.
