Default Lots of leaks

Hi,

I am new to the forum and not so new to my 2008 Trailmanor 3326. We have had ours for about 10 years but it sat for the last few as our kids grew up and moved out etc. We pulled it out for an empty nester week away a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time.

We brought it home and parked it close to our house on the driveway to 'give it a bit of love' before we plan a bigger road trip. It has been raining for the last few days and I have found 3 leaks so far.

One at the corner over the wardrobe at the foot of the king slide out bed. I think there is a roof hold down latch bracket in that approximate location on the exterior part of the roof. There is some sort of seam there as well.

I have found a leak over the dinette table at the fan location.

Finally the one that has me the most stumped is the one over the window by the cooktop. It is coming from the top inside edge of the window but the space and roof above it is dry. Could it be coming in the roof in between the skins etc?

I am wondering if I need to do some work on the caulking all over the roof. How do I work up there? How much weight can it hold? Or do I have to make some sort of scaffolding over? Any suggestions as to how to make this as easy as possible, as my DH is too busy to work on this little (big?) project and I am a wee bit of a diva. I clearly need to clean the trailer - so no judgement please!

I will upload pictures. I did search leaks on the forum, and have read about scrapers and sealing products to use etc. Are these still the ones I should look for or has there been new and potentially better products come up since the 2016 thread?

Thanks in advance,
Ev
