tires rubbing the exterior

the link above is for a picture that shows a tire rubbing the housing or the cover the wheel the current size on the team TrailManor King 225 75 r 15
today will be the second trip to take my trail mannor I had a friend bring here all with California it does show signs of the tire rubbing the housing frame and I suppose we'll be fine for short trip but what can be done to fix this later?

Is this the well cover? You could just remove that and press on until you get home to fix it. If it's the wall of the trailer, you have definate dry rot. If you can get some epoxy pushed into the gaps, compress it with some clamps. It might hold long enough until you can get it home for a proper repair.

Looks like an offset problem or else the the 15 incher's were added without the lift kit.

Thanks That is what I was looking for. I knew (and did) just take off the panels.
What does the lift kit provide you with and how much does it cost? I suppose it doesnt really matter too much that the tires were exposed.
A bigger problem is I dont have all my latches! That is another post though...

Just a fyi , i towed once without covers in the rain , was doing the wheel well mod, man it covered my inside walls with dirt and road grim , that the covers prevent from happening, was a surprise to me also, did not see that going to happen

You could be on to something! I went on a trip and the directions had me going up and down a logging road. I almost did not get enough speed on a hill and spun out. (towing with my minivan) I will have to see about reattaching them perhaps with strips of wood to make them stand out a bit.
