Gas mileage for 2004 F150 with 5.4l
I am interested in the 3124KB. We have a 2004 F150 Lariat with the 5.4l and 3.55 rear end gears. Can someone with a similar setup tell me what I can expect for gas mileage?
Thanks,
Rodney

mileage
I too get about 15 mpg with a 2008 Suburban with a 5.3 and 3.73 rear end towing a 2007 3124kb. This is a great improvement over towing a conventional 26 ft travel trailer where I got between 7 & 8 depending on speed.

I pulled a 2720 with 2006 F150, 5.4L with 3.73 gears. Got anywhere from 14.5 to 16.3 mpg, with the average being in the 15.3 mpg neighborhood. Currently getting 10.5 to 11.5 pulling a 5500 lb. conventional travel trailer.

I have a Silverado 2500HD and notice almost no change in mileage between pulling 2720SL and no trailer. You will however notice that the stopping distance is a little longer.

In my case with a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder pulling a 2720SD, I experience what TrailManor advertises: that pulling their trailer uses up only an extra gallon per 100 miles. I only go 60 MPH and on a 310 mile trip I got 15 MPG and that was with hills.

I have a 2010 F-150 with 4.6 3 valve, 6 speed tranny, 3.55 rear end. I tow a 2330. On my recent trip to the TM rally in Pismo Beach I drove from Orange County. According to my vehicle computer the mileage was 16.2.
Last April I drove from San Jose, CA to Reno, NV over the Donner pass. About 7000 feet. If memory serves we got about 17 mpg. I keep my speed between 55 and 60, and I use cruise control wherever I can.

22 to 24 mpg towing 2720SD with Jeep Diesel
We have only towed our 2006 2720SD with our Jeep Liberty diesel for short distances (100 mile trips) in very hilly country and we are getting around 22 miles per US gallon. The jeep has a 4 cylinder 2.8 liter turbocharged common rail diesel with a 5,000 lb tow capacity. We keep our speed under 60mph.
We will be going to Corona, Ca from our home on Vancouver Island next week and I will publish our mileage after the trip (1365 miles). I'm hoping for 24 miles per gallon overall.
