The screws are available at any hardware store. You may want to run a new screw in each of the holes and then take them back out again. If you see dark brown or black residue on the screws, you probably have a wood rot problem.
If you install a new bracket and screws, it will likely pull out again
IF you have wood rot going on. It would be best to replace any/all rotted wood before installing the new bracket.
If you find that the lower frame rail on your 2013 is aluminun......... ignore this post....
