VIN Location
We want to help our son, who has purchased his own new (to him) Trailmanor 3023. He needs to have a VIN inspection for Colorado, but cannot read the VIN on the nameplate on the side of the camper. Is the VIN marked anywhere else? Has anyone had a similar problem? He has the old Ohio title and bill of sale.

The VIN should be on the title and may be on the bill of sale.

Mine has a VIN plate on the tongue, on the inside surface. I may depend on the year, where the plate is. What year is the TM?

On my 2013 they had a decal with info which included the Vin info. I found in on the inside of the cabinet door for the sink. you might have him contact TM to see if there might be another location its posted.

2004
The TM is a 2004. Our next call is to the factory. Thanks for your suggestions.

My TM has a VIN on several places: a plate on the inside of street side A frame rail on the tongue, the vin on a sticker midway down the camper on the street side with vin and tire info. Also, i'm told that most campers and mobile homes have a label on the inside of a cabinet, inside the camper, which should have the VIN, Model, build date and actual weight as built. It sounds like TM puts it on the sink door per kidkraz. Our DMV said that trailers also have on the second or third cross frame rail from the rear of the trailer, the VIN is stamped in the frame, but they said it's hard to find.

Did he buy the camper up around Cleveland. If so I had call about that camper in January. It was listed at the time as a TM with no model listed. When we call it was bigger then we wanted, but it sounded like it was in very nice condition.
