Re: Bathroom Door Hinge
Remember, the bathroom walls, of which the door is a part, are folding panels that rely on the "fit" of every connecting part when you set the trailer up.
The side wall is anchored by the rear bed. The end wall is anchored by sliding it toward the street side wall. Then you attach the clips at the door and the 2-halves of the door, the top of the door frame and to the bed. We had difficulty aligning ours with the bed, so the dealer made a slight modification. We found that once the wall is anchored to the bed, push the bed toward the rear bumper to make sure the bathroom walls and door align.
wbmiller3, it sounds like you have a stripped out screwhole. Have you tried the next size larger screw to see if that solves the problem. If you're not sure what the next size is, take the screw to your local hardware store... they'll help you and the solution should cost you about 5 cents.
Happy camping.
