Default Front Roof Lights Fuse

We have a 2009 2027 SL.

I just brought the TM home last night to prep for a trip.

When I opened the door to the fuse and breaker panel, I saw a red LED lit next to the fuse for the Front Roof fuse - 20 Amp.

The fuse was indeed blown, but even after I pulled the fuse, the LED remains lit.

Does the LED indicate an active short in the F Roof circuit? The blue binder says very little about the breaker/fuse panel.

Are the exterior lights on this F Roof fuse as well?

Thank you all in advance!

I found the booklet for the WFCO Power Center in the Blue Binder, it also says very little about the LEDs next to the fuses.

LED is for an open, not a short - see below.

I checked the exterior lights as some did not work and the PO had hacked the wiring in the exterior front facing light I disconnected and covered the wire ends.

New 20A fuse and all is well.
