Since I haven't used Eternabond, I won't try to give you a complete answer. But one thing must be remembered. New caulk won't stick to old caulk. If you want to re-caulk a seam, it is important to completely remove whatever caulk is in place. This is an annoying job, but not particularly difficult. You can remove most of the old caulk with a putty knife or paint scraper. Then make it squeaky-clean with a solvent (paint thinner is good) and a stiff brush. A rotary nylon brush that you chuck in an electric drill makes it lot simpler.
I'm not sure if you can see this picture since you've let your membership expire and you are now a Registered Guest. If you can't see it, you might want to join the forum and look at all the member information and experience (there is a lot of it!) regarding caulking.
