2010 Trailmanor 2720 Folding Travel Trailer - $11,500, (Austin, TX)

2720, original owner. Model 2720 best seller. Easy towing, east setup. Optional swing hitch allows TM to be stored in standard residential garage. Garaged since purchase. New battery. Electric jack on front. Clean, good condition with minor blemishes from use. Only reason selling, purchasing motor home.

Trailmanors are designed to fold out for camping and fold down for travel, with aluminum and foam construction for rigid structure in the sides and roof. This makes for a very light weight vehicle which can be towed with moderate sized SUVs and minivans. This one is in good condition, with a popular floor plan. It offers the convenience and features of a much larger travel trailer without necessarily needing to own a truck or other large tow vehicle. Originally, this trailer would have cost about $25,000, and it still has a lot of life left in it.

- Sleeps 6 comfortably (queen, double, convertible dinette).
- Propane furnace
- Carrier Air V roof AC unit with built-in heater.

- Water service via direct water hookup or water pump and storage tank
- Refrigerator operates on 120vac, propane, or battery
- 6 gal Hot water heater runs on 120vac or propane
- 3 burner propane stove and oven
- 3 roof vents, with one a Fantastic fan
- Amplified TV antenna and outside cable connector
- Fresh water capacity 20 gal, Gray water capacity 30 gal
- Thetford 12-volt re-circulating toilet
- 4-scissor stabilizer jacks
- Drain hoses carrier in bumper
- 2 propane tanks
- Large awning, 2 porch lights

Nice trailer! If you were a little closer to me, and it was a little closer to my budget i'd be checking it out. Can you elaborate on what the blemishes are?

So..I flew to Texas and checked this one out, then bought it. I am the new proud owner of this beautiful 2720.

I appreciate that! Now I am just trying to work out shipping or a road trip to get it. I need tires and wheel bearings because they are too old. The seller is storing it for me for a few weeks. 2600 miles is a long ways round trip.

And while going through the hassle of putting on new tires and bearings, you might as well consider putting on new brake assemblies too, which would include new magnets. The Nev-R-Adjusting type. And if the drums are worn, especially the face that contacts the magnet, new drums.

All cheap insurance. $500 in parts total for both sides.
