Default Rear Center Brake Light Out

I'm not really a mechanical person, but replacing a rear center brake light doesn't seem too challenging (I'm assuming the light bulb just needs to be replaced.) I consulted the 2009 TM 2619 Owner's Manual, but didn't find anything on this topic. Any suggestions on how to replace the bulb. I'd rather not have to take it back to the dealer to fix if it's a simple fix. Help!

For any of the exterior lights, I think you just squeeze the top and bottom of the lens (cover) together with your hand, and it will pop off, exposing the bulbs. Or did I misunderstand your question?

It's a exterior rear brake light. I'll go give it a squeeze and see if it pops off.
