New member looking for a 2002 3124KS owner manual and any helpful tips for new owners

Brand new member to the board and soon to be new Trailmanor owner. I have just purchased a 2002 3124KS. Unfortunately, the current owner of the trailer does not have any of the original documentation. Is there anywhere that I can download the user and appliance manuals?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
