Default BEST SEASON EVER.(so far) TKS TO ALL

Well next couple days will spend cleaning a road dirty tm,and storing items out of the tm for the end of season, and what a season it has been.
Started out in april on the first trip and went up till last week as much as we could. dw and i was counting it up the other night, this year was 24 nights in the tm and somewhere around 2400 miles this season. This is by far the most we have ever traveled or camped in one season in our 17 years since the first old cox pop-up.
Thinking about it, i see two reason, one is the tm,the ease of towing and use, the other is what i have learned here, and hearing others stories and adventure's . so TKS FOR HELPING US HAVE A GRT YR.!
Already planning the start to next season in feb. with a beach run so will be able to get a jump on the yr. hope all had a grt year also. again tks

Congrats on your great year, we also were able to get out more this year, 37 nights , probably 3500 miles and nearly no rain , best summer yet from a dry weekend standpoint, very lucky!

We didn't get near as many miles, as we tend to stick close to home due to the kids, but we did get a lot of nights. Probably around 35 or so, not including the nights I stay in it while we visit my parents (it's stored at their house, so it's a ready made hotel room for us).

We have two more trips planned before our season is over. I agree that I camp more than ever after reading all of the great ideas and tips from everyone here. I love that it brings my family closer together.

Didn't have much of a season for us this year. 1 trip to Panama Beach for a wedding and planning one to the Everglades over Thanksgiving. After that maybe a trip to Tx before Christmas. Setting up the fish camp and getting the scrub ready to sell has kept us busy.

We're just starting into our best seasonal camping time in this part of the country (FL) and we are currently in our TM in a campground in Homosassa. From here, we go to a campground in St. Pete, and then maybe to Okeechobee - who knows? Love being retired with every day being a camping day if wanted! Total trip this time will just be 2 weeks, though.

Wish we could get some "Caravans" for TMer's going for different parts of the country, during their seasons, and with members along who know the area to be visited.
