"Can you get ...?" I'm sure that for enough money you could get most anything. Who would install it? Probably not the TM factory, but you could ask. So you would need to hit a well-equipped RV service shop - prob not cheap. Complications? First, you need to get electrical power up to it. Since you won't be able to run the cable inside the wall structure, you will need some sort of surface wiring inside the camper. Second, the extra weight will require you to change out the torsion bars, since they will have to lift more weight. Again, do-able but not cheap, and in this case you will need a TM dealer or factory to do it.
Altogether, retrofitting a roof air conditioner will be an expensive proposition. Is a cabinet-mounted airco not a possibility? MUCH simpler.
