drain hoses
The clear drain hose near the water tank drains the water tank ( mostly but not completely) Check out the modification I did at the end of the thread "Fresh Water Tank" a little further down the Plumbing page. Makes complete draining and cleaning simple.
The white drain line under the water heater drains the water heater.
The two drains back near the bathroom, drain the rear plumbing hot and cold water lines. It is best to open all the faucets inside and in the outside shower to allow complete draining ( no air locks). Don't forget to remove the outside shower head and drain the shower and sink sprayer hoses if winterizing.
When you hook up to shore water there is a back flow valve that prevents water from going into the water tank. Don't forget to use a water pressure regulator ( $10-$15) on the shore water line so you don't damage the plumbing.
Also remember that you need to open at least one hot water faucet and allow water to run until it comes out the faucet to fill the hot water tank if you plan on using it in either gas or electric mode.
