Default Lift arms/torsion bar adjustment

I just purchased an 04 2720SL and noticed that upon leveling and opening, the front shell is hanging down just about an inch. I called TrailManor and of course there engineer said I could bring it to him so they could look at it and being in Florida, that wasn't an option. After some prodding and coaxing, he briefly discussed that he thought the problem was that the 4 bolts that hold the torsion bar to the left arm may have slipped enough to enable to top front shell to sag. Anyone have any experience with raising the shell at this location, loosening and retightening the bolts and seeing if that does the trick? I dont want to be loosening torsion bolts and moving things without knowing what is going to happen creating a bigger problem than I already have.
